Simon joined Smith Young in 2002 and is an Equity Partner with over 24 years’ experience in the commercial property sector.

His love of all thing’s ‘retail’ led him to shopping centre leasing at the start of his career, and he has never looked back.

Simon  lives in Sheffield, on its border with the Peak District. He enjoys,  running, walking and exploring the countryside with his family and loyal  companion, his labrador dog.

He is also a keen cyclist, Sheffield United football fan and lover of live music.
