Smith Young is an independent retail and catering property consultancy. We specialise in the leasing and lease consultancy of some of the UK’s most prestigious shopping centres and high streets.
We currently advise on a property portfolio with a combined value of over £10 billion.
We offer clients a refreshing alternative – the gravitas of a large, traditional agency combined with the flexibility and dynamism of a smaller boutique.
Since we first set up in 1990, we’ve been proud to work with some of the leading names in UK retail, including Meadowhall in Sheffield (British Land/Norges), The Trafford Centre in Manchester (CPPIB/Pradera Lateral), Lakeside in Thurrock (SGS/Pradera Lateral) and both Westfield London and Stratford (URW).
